After nursing thigh/sciatic nerve pain over the weekend I ditched the comfy Skechers for a retired saucony pair of trainers. I downloaded some wicked tunes and Just completed WK2R1 which I was nervous of! Slow but done hope the shoe change does the trick I really want to complete the course.

Good for you shelford, you’re back out there! Bet it feels fab. 😀

Just take it nice and steady, and enjoy your running. Hope the different trainers help. 🤞😀

Well done. Good trainers are an important. I have two pairs of running shoes both now worn with use (but not from running as i gave up a few years ago) At £90+ its a big expense and i am currently saving for a new pair for when i graduate. Currently on W4. Stay strong, go slow, listen to your body and look for some stretches for your sciatica pain. :-)
