I would suggest go back and do week 3 run. If you feel ok after it move onto week 4 for the next run, if not then just do all of week 3 again.
I did this a couple of times myself when it did not feel right to move to the next week. You know your body so listen to it and either repeat or move on.

As long as you are fully recovered, pick up where you left off.
You don't lose condition in a week.
