So I did week 2 run 1 last Thursday and since then my lower legs calf and shins have been painful I have not been able to get back into it as my legs ache. Don’t think that after 5 days this is normal. Should I push on or stop?

Newbie's can get some aches n pains, never try and run through pain, rest up, gently massage the areas, put an ice pack on, and ibuprofen if nessacary, check shoes are OK, you may need more cushioning, and make sure you're only going slow, as a snail! the slower the better!
