Hi newbie, it's definitely worthwhile, be warned it becomes addictive. There will be good days, and disappointing days, but the thing is, you got off the couch and you ran...so give yourself a pat on the back and look forward to the next run 😎. You can do it, and we're all here in this virtual world cheering you on. Go for it!! 😎🌻

Welcome... please check this post out.. it is full of tried and tested advice.

The mantra.. slow and steady... and stick to that. rest days are essential as is listening to your body.

The programme is structured and moves you on in a steady way... each run is different, but you will be ready for each and every one... just believe that. With each run you get stronger.

Keep posting for great advice and support.
