So I have been doing so well and really looking forward to each run! Loved the 20 minutes continuous, couldn't quite believe I did it!

Sadly now I haven't been able to run for over a week as I have a nasty chest infection. So very nervous at going out again and not being able to do it.

Hopefully I will be better soon and back to achieving my goal x

A week won’t have lost you anything... for the first half your body will still have been rebuilding from that 20 minutes. Hopefully you’re beating that chest infection. If you can, go brisk walking and keep that heart working. When you’re back go slow at the start, test those lungs out. It’s a tester of a run you’re coming back to, but it doesn’t involve 20 minutes of running, that may well be to your advantage.
