Lovely run along the lanes around Ewhurst in Surrey in a splendid family get together - I volunteered to drive on Saturday night so I could run on Sunday!! That’s a first - made up for it yesterday mind!!

Good for you! Glad you had a lovely clear headed run today, but you were able to enjoy a few on a non-running evening! That’ll be me from now on too! Only having beverages when I know I’m not running the next day! Crazy times!! 😅🏃♀️😀

Yep that’s my new regime now- no alcohol the night before a run. Well done for keeping up the running on a weekend away 😊
