Over the coming days, weeks and months I would like to post some very, very basic questions that newbie runners [and many a little more experienced ones] don't know the answers to, and may too embarrassed to ask...
I shall start in few minutes, and each title will be the question.
I would welcome others to ask here too... but please, keep it really simple.
We welcome questions and thier answers. There are some great answers in our FAQ section but not everybody reads that straight away.
