I want to do my run today, but I’ve had low backache since my last run.

Can anyone help with why I’ve got ii, and any exercise help etc?

There's a couple of things which often get mentioned for backache - one is improving your core strength so maybe look into pilates or yoga etc. to do on your non-running days. The other is post-run stretches, a couple of which target the lower back. Have a search for "NHS post run stretches" (instead of the lower back and buttock ones, I do a yoga "standing pigeon", as I don't often want to lie down after my run.)

Have you read the FAQ for "how to run C25K" ? Lots of advice there :)

Yes, stretches are important after running - nuisance I know but I do them.
