I just got a root canal this morning completed but its run day (week 3 run 2) I don't want to fall behind cus sunday is run 3. Do I risk it and run? Minimal pain if even any from said tooth. Im too much looking forward to it today. Many thanks guys.

Do it! If you feel ok, it’ll be fine. I can’t see how running would hurt a root canal?

If it was me I would wait until at least tomorrow, running is an impact sport, no need to risk upsetting things.

The next run will always wait don't worry. 😊x

You won’t be running on it will you? Just take it gently and I think you’ll be fine.
