W6R2 today (a bit behind as I’ve been on holiday and only managed one run whilst away), and I had a bit of a revelation which might actually make me... a runner??!!
Today was hard, and I knew it was going to be, but I was looking forward to - and enjoyed during - the challenge! I knew I’d make it because of the previous runs, so just carried on! Past the mental barrier of W5R3 maybe?
Anyway, whatever it was, it was brilliant - and I felt like a proper runner! One of those folks I used to see in the pouring rain and think they were mad 🤣

Good stuff! W5R3 is a big milestone and an even bigger confidence-booster. Lots of people think we're nuts, and that’s ok, but we know what we’re getting out of this 😀 Well done and keep going!
