Hi all - I’m a graduate for a few weeks and really want to get to run longer- I finally made 32 mins yesterday but finding it really hard to run for longer - can run just over 4K in the 30 mins but just want to be able to run for 40/50/60 mins !! All tips welcome 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Hi I used the podcast this morning and it definitely helped got to 32 mins with more ease ...nice to have Laura back in my life - much appreciated tip thank you 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Yeah just stick at it. As you do a bit more each time you’ll get stronger.

Stepping stones podcasts are ace 💪👍😃.

Then there are two programmes which are oft talked about in here, one of which is starting about now 10 is The Magic Number programme 💪😃
