Couch to 5 again!!!

Here we go again. I completed the programme last year and graduated but had to stop running due to injury. I decided to try again and started from the beginning 5 weeks ago. So this is me in week 6 run 2 - tomorrow. It’s been a great journey so far revisiting all the runs and remembering how hard it was the first time. It’s not got much easier but I know what is to come! My issue now is I go away on holiday for 2 weeks... great a well earned break! When I return where do I pick up the programme? Do I pick up where I left off or do I go back a couple of weeks?? Suggestions please!

Welcome back! I think that when you come back, maybe try to redo the last run you ran and see how it goes. Just take it real slow and steady. You can redo that run a few times if you need to and then pick it up from there. (I hope that makes sense).

Any chance you could take your runners with you when you go away?Sometimes it’s nice to escape and have 30 minutes to yourself, hope you have a great time on your trip 😎
