There’s plenty of alternatives to the banana. Banana is pretty good pre and post run, but if you google for the snack you need you’ll see lots of alternatives.
Well done taking out those 90 second intervals, I did it last night and think I walked a bit too slow between the last two, so my last 90 was a battle.
You don't HAVE to snack. Water is the only neccessary thing after a run.
