My question is, do I carry on where I left off? Week 9 run 2 I should be on. I usually run early morning around 6am but my sons been leaving for work at 5-5.30am so I have no one home to mind my daughter. I’ve tired and busy after work etc. Not sure if I’d been better go back to a certain week or trying to get my last 2 runs done an graduate? I’ve come so far really want to finish this app! Xx

12 days isn’t a long time. As Jay says, take it slow and make sure you're properly hydrated. Good luck!

Carry on Slem!! You know the drill! Slow and steady! Take your time and enjoy your final two runs. See you on the podium!! 😁😁😁❤️
I was on start of week 8 and hadn’t run for 3 weeks due to heat. I went back a week and quickly got up to week 9 - I can now run for 30 minutes - took me an extra couple of days is all. Go at the level you are comfortable with. First run will be hard and then you will be back on it. Get running!
