Week 4 done but my calves are really sore, been given a few tips from a friend who is a physio so hopefully it’ll be easier next week, not feeling tired or too much out of breath but looking at run 3 of week 5 I’ll need to get it sorted by then or I’ll be crawling back home.

Well done! I take it you've been told to do some stretching afterwards, that will help..

Maybe slow down a tad, remember, slow & steady, you've been completing c25k weeks Ok, so building you to be able to handle the next runs, sounds like you'll smash 5.3, try not to overthink it, slow & steady is key..

It’s actually exercises to strengthen the calves I was given, they take most impact apparently so was told to do these on non run days.
