Finally managed another gentle outing tonight after being foiled by storms on Monday. Just general murky dampness to contend with this evening, thank goodness π Still taking it slowly, still not pain-free. Must stay patient and trust that I will get there eventually, and be grateful that I was able to even do just 7 minutes of running (in 1 minute bursts).

Cheers, I feel a bit silly calling them 'runs' as they are far more walking than running, and I daren't make them any longer yet, but still - some running occurred! That's progress π
Hi Eiralas, So sorry that I have not been up with your progress off the ic. Sounds like you have had to muster every ounce of patience. And you are pressing on, well done you! Definitely time for more flowers πΌπΊπΈ It feels like I have been away for three weeks and we are soon to go off again, running and forum reading have been minimal. I m so sorry that you are not yet pain free, hopefully the horrid slow process will mean that you will enjoy your running all the more when your body is ready. I do hope so. All the very best for some accelerated healing and for your next run.
Hi 61! I've been pretty busy too and have found it hard to keep up with everyone's progress as well. Thanks for the new supply of flowers - they do brighten the place up And thanks for the kind wishes. Still being patient, but think I might try another run-walk later - had hoped to go last night but got back too late from work.
I hope you enjoy your trip away, and manage to squeeze in a little running too... π·
