Set off as usual nice and early, lots cooler thanks to the ☔️. Maybe that’s the reason that my split times are about 30 secs better.....yay!!! Or could it be I’m getting a little fitter each time I go out ?

Can anyone explain how running shorter distances with walking 🚶♂️ in between, “consolidates” longer distances with no walking?
Last week I ran the full 20 mins non stop then this week back to shorter 10min runs with short walks, how do these runs this week consolidate last weeks runs?......Thanks
