Did W2R3 this morning ... started early to avoid the heat but struggled to finish. I thought I was done but their was another run ! Phew ...

Good job. Endurance is what we are building fastest and yes it should be running out towards the end of a workout. Heat is an issue and hydration is harder to get right too.

thats why i do my runs early. like today it was 60f out side and it was so nice. so do the runs real early or when the sun is going down. it really does help

Yes I suppose it's important to do it at the right time of day ... anything to ease the way !
