Who would have thought it, not me that's for sure. I have finished... Or have I started? So I was 62, fat and done no exercise for 30. Now I'm 62 (63 middle August) a stone and a half less fat and I can run, not fast, for thirty minutes. I must have improved my health. How good is that? Trust the programme, feel the force. Thank you team.
