Knee injury took a long time to heal and after a couple of false starts I’m ok to run again. Went back to week 4 and have just done run 2.
Feeling frustrated I’ve lost the fitness levels I had after completing the programme in February but determined to get back to where I was. Thinking I will repeat week 4 for a couple of weeks to build up the muscles? Managing the 5 minute runs ok but tired legs by the end of the run.
