Hello! I’m due to graduate next Sunday, will an expected distance of just over 4K. My goal is to get that 5k! I’ve read that you should increase 10% on one long run each week, but what do you do with the other two?? If I go to 33 mins and keep to 30 for the other two for the first week, do I go to 36 mins and 33 x 2 for week 2?

Hope this makes sense x

I've not graduated yet 4 runs to go but I'm sure I've read everyone suggesting that we stick to just the 30mins for 3 or 4 wks after we complete the programme to consolidate our running before moving up. Happy running keep smiling. X
