I can’t believe it. 5k in 29:28 I’d love to say it was eventful but it just happened. Now I can say. I am a runner

Yay, well done! That sounds fast to me. 🌳🌿🐌 How long have you been running?

Last park run I did 5km in 42 mins. (week 6 of the programme). Looking forward to seeing if I can improve on that at next park run.

First time doing 5k was week 9 Run 2. Been going the c25k for just over 2 months. I love it. Well done on your 5k dude

Well done! My mate says you have to smile in the rain to be a runner, but I’m not so sure that’s possible. Congrats on the 5k... where to now?

Thanks dude. I now have a 5k-10K app. My goal is half marathon by end of the year.

Well done you! 5k in under 30 is my goal too. Right now I’m doing it in about 33 minutes. How was your first 5k time? Did it take you long to bring it down to sub 30? Any tips? Congrats again!

My first 5k was week9 Run 2. It was 30:06 so only wanted to shave the 6seconds off. So to smash it by nearly 30 seconds I was so proud of myself. So litrally 1 Run to bring it down to sub 30. I don’t really have any tips. I just run haha. I put on a playlist of music that really gets me pumping and I fit into the rythem of it. I always try and full pelt sprint the last 2 mins of every run just to prove I know I have more in me! Good luck dude
