Still not quite cracked it W7R3

W7R3 was hard as were past 2 runs. Slightly better today , only had a small walk at 20mins . Think i will keep on this run until it is easier , before trying W8 .

Maybe just slow down a tad :)

These longer runs are just perfect for relaxing into. Let the newly found running legs find their own happy pace.

Start slow and stay slow.. just enjoy the run:)

I think i am very slow , but i am finding it difficult to find legs/lungs happy place . I am going to keeo at it . Thanks for advice , it helps 😁

It is hard but as Oldfloss said maybe slow down a little. I still struggle on most runs. My breathing doesn't settle until at least 10-15 minutes into the run. Go at your own pace. ☺
