Just finished my Wk4 third 3 run this morning it was really hard but felt good afterwards , I am surprised I've managed to get this far I am hoping I can do this all the way through it's nice to run out in the fresh air , back to my work tomorrow and the tread mill not sure how that's going to work but going to do my best.
