Thank you all for your kind and generous replies. Like most I guess, this has been a 'journey ' for me. I looked back and I started on 28 April so didn't manage the nine weeks but can conveniently blame the hot weather and the 'coming home' thing. My new vbff will get that one.

I am not young any more, hard to believe but true, and to achieve this, take steps to controlling my diabetes and get a load of fancy new clobber is all a massive bonus. To make new friends on this app has been a privelege and I thank you all.
