Well did week 3 run 3 this morning

The second 3 mins was a bit gasping but maybe down to Weekend excesses?!?

I did r 2 on Thursday and other weeks have had more than the one day rest

I started just over 3 weeks ago so I guess it’s ok

- still can’t see me doing the full 30 minutes though - ever! 😅

I’ve just done W3R2 after 2 week break and it wasn’t any more difficult but I still can’t see myself doing 30 minutes. BUT I know I will if I just keep going on prog. You can do it!

You will do the 30 minutes! In March I was a total non runner. And now I comfortably run 30 mins! Just trust the programme and go as slow as you need to to complete the runs. Especially in this dreadful heat. You can do it!! 😎😎😎

You can all do it. One run at a time though. Slowly is the key to it all
