Seven laps of Prato Della Valle, about 4.1 k in Padua early this morning before it got too hot. (The straight bit is the warm down, continued to make 5k). Don’t normally run laps and don’t normally run before breakfast time so wasn’t at all sure how it would go, but I got there.
