Ouch 😫😫

Owwwww! Are you wearing socks? If you are not, you should, if you are, maybe you need to look at getting some running socks. The ones in Sports Direct are not expensive. In the meantime, Compeed blister plasters are your friend.

Aww thanks for that but it wasn’t from running! I am a nurse it was from work!! I have proper running shoes shock absorbe4 soles and shock absorber socks but I’m not allowed to wear them to work!!!

:(

You'd think that nurses should be allowed to wear whatever is best for their feet, and specially with the trend to make uniforms more casual-looking.

Ouchy...I run in Hilly monoskin running socks..expensive at £12 but never had one of those. 😯xx

I second the compeed suggestion. Not cheap but well worth the money as you will be able to carry on running despite your nasty blister.

Compeed blister patches should definitely be on your shopping list.

Also if you can, avoid "popping " it.

I know it's hot, but I'm still using the same type of socks I wore in March.

How did you get that monster?👹

Are your shoes big enough. Mine are a size and half bigger than my usual shoes, feet swell when they get warm.

Hope it heels soon..... smother with Savlon when you can .

Oh dear. You’ll be the ‘Compeed Queen’ soon. But it will get you back and running very soon.

Oooowwww! I feel your pain! I had a similar one recently from my new trainers - used Compeed for a few days then ended up popping it (don’t tell Jell6 or Ripcurlrana71 ) and wearing my old trainers with ordinary plasters...

If you still have both your feet, and no horrendous , possibly not yet named bacteria have got at you, I am prepared to let it go 😷
