I did my first run of week 5 fine and that night had horrendous calf cramp in 1 leg could barely talk next day or so and a friend advised not to do my run 2 of that week straight away..anyway ended up missing a whole week...now just had another cramp in other calf .no reason and still tight...anyone advise if should start again or ok to do week 5 run still when recovered?

I had this too. I was told to drink more the day before your run so that your muscles are well hydrated. I pulled my calf muscle and couldn't run for 2 weeks. Today I completed week 5 run 1 after 2 weeks off. Hopefully that will help you. Could also be to do with your trainers too. Maybe have your gait analysed x
