I cant breathe through my nose either. I know that's what we are supposed to do but I can't!! I don't worry about it now. My nose is odd, a bit crooked inside and I have no sense of smell. So I am a mouth breather. I sing to myself as I run and this seems to help! 😃😃😃

Gosh, I haven’t thought about where I’m breathing from. I just run! Following MJs tip to breath in time with my feet in counts of four in and out has worked for me. I might be heavy breathing, but I don’t notice with my headphones on. I hope you’ll find things just improve naturally as you carry on! Well done! Keep going! ❤️

Forget breathing through your nose, not many people seem to manage it. In fact forget about breathing, just go out, relax and run slowly. If you couldnt hold a conversation you are going too fast. Generally the breathing thing sorts itself out by itself as you progress through the programme. Often it's sorted itself out and then you realise it's happened!

Don’t breathe through your nose unless that’s easiest! Most people can’t do it. Just breathe however you can! Once you get beyond running 5-8 minutes slots, your breathing will begin to sort itself out 👌🏽
