When I started the app the first 3 or so weeks towards the last quarter of my runs I would start getting lower back pain but I just pushed through it. I think it was just the weight I was carrying after that the pain went. Was well pleased as I went shopping yesterday for a new jacket and am now fitting into a size smaller which gives you the determination to just keep going.

Good for you!! Never under-estimate the thrilling possibility of retail opportunities!!
