This weekend was meant to be week 8 run 3 so I can start week 9 with the running group and their 15min out 15min back run. Only yesterday I woke up with a sharp pain up the side of my neck and the top of my shoulder! I was pretty much unable to turn my head! This morning is better (ish) it's no longer sharp pain but every sports bra I own is racer back and will sit on the sore muscles!!
Hopefully by Tuesday I'll be better enough to join in the running group but I'll still be on week 8 run 3 (28min) while the whole group is doing 30 so I may end up skipping a head then going back to 28 min later in the week.
