Go you ! How was it ? I am repeating w4r3 tomorrow as i tried on Sat but got stitch . So we are still going at the same pace !

Hi, it wasn't too bad, definitely think the 2 day break between first longer run and second suits me better.

I'll be doing W4R3 in the morning.

Looks like we'll be running together.

Do you get the tips 're stitch from your mentor, ole Sarah says to try more water before run and then extend stomach (not that mine needs extending lol) when breathing.
