Just completed w6r1. It's Friday night and I ate a light meal 90 minutes before running and boy did I feel sluggish. Any tips on how long to leave it after eating? What does everyone else do?

If it’s an evening run, I eat at least 2 hours before or leave it until afterwards. If it’s early morning just half a banana 20 minutes before I go out. 🍌
Heey! I usually leave 2 hours gap before an evening run although only 2% of my runs are that late! I find it too much of an effort!
early afternoon I just leave 60-90 mins and am fine

I’d agree 2 hours - at least if it’s a meal. I’ve recently started having a banana in the hour before I run so I have something to fuel the run.
