Did I really do that?

So it took me 15 weeks with a couple of repeats and 4 weeks off for injury but I got to week 7 and did it once, Then took a week off then jumped to week 9 and did it! I ran for 32 minutes (the end of the run did not coincide with me reaching the bridge that was my next milestone!) So happy. I've now run it twice and third time coming up soon. I'm still far too overweight and run is not a description of was I do - shuffly jog would be better - but I reckon I covered over 3 miles.

Well done, that's fantastic! if I understand you correctly you only have one more run to go!?

Glad that you have the aim of reaching a bridge.

When I first started running there was a lady police office who lived on my street, and I thought that I would never be able to run as far as her. Well in the end I overtook her and was running over twice as far as her. It's good to have a goal. Keep going.

Yes you did! Well done😊👍🏃🏾‍♀️
