As I am sure lots are aware, a guy called Matthew Campbell didn't make the end of the London Marathon. Sadly, he collapsed and died just 3.7 miles (Just under 6K) from the finish. There has been massive support from the running community for finishing this distance for him. In doing so, the money raised for his charity has just reached £370,000! For all those who think running is a lonely sport. Who think they look silly. Who say they just can't do it. Who need motivation to carry on. Go take a look at the "Finish for Matt" Facebook page (Link below). Read the many thousands of messages about how this has inspired them to get running restart running and keep running. It is the friendliest sport and the most supportive. Go, take a read and get them runners on.
