In case your friend is out of the UK - it might not be, it's sponsored by the BBC so it's not available everywhere. But yes if they are in the UK, should be able to find it, or go through the link that telford_mike posted . Beware of other Couch to 5K apps which i'm sure are fine but they're just not the same
