Hello fellow runners!
Getting the bug bag... It's feeling great. Also doing the global challenged (virgin pulse) with the company I work for) and the broccoli challenge with Samsung health. Running 2 or 3 times a week, yoga/gym/aerobics/walks all the other days aiming for at least 60 minutes of activity a day.
Just managed the dreaded 20 minutes run, slower than a slow coach (did 4k in total 20 min run + 10 min walk) but eh it's about getting fit! Will probably repeat that tonight before moving on to week 6.
Anyone else doing the global challenge or Samsung health? would be great to encourage each other!
