First thing this morning ..I .Went out in the stormy winds and rain and did my w9r2 ...Unbelievable is the only word I have ..As I was definitely a couch potato ...Storm Hector wasn't stopping me ...Did my run and some more ...Not a lot more tho ..Slow and steady ...So I'm well ready for my parkrun on Saturday ...Strathclyde park ..If someone would have told me I would be doing this a couple of months ago I wouldnt have believed them ...So so proud of me ...Happy days everyone and happy and safe running to one and all 😊😊😊😊
