Holiday jogging

Well a first for me early morning running while on holiday in Croatia 🇭🇷 beautiful scenery . It may only be 3k but it feels great getting out and having a go ! If like me you take your trainers and say to yourself I will do it tomorrow just get out and give it a go 😊

I’m also planning on running on holiday later in the summer. I ‘should’ be finished the programme by then and would like to continue with some sort of regular running. I imagine the run is easier/ more enjoyable with new and beautiful scenery. Plus, your holiday indulgences will be all the more guilt-free after a morning run! Enjoy!🍹
