Well, should have been week 6 10days ago but had to pull up mid way through R1 with a severe pain in the calf. Gutted ain't the word as it just came from nowhere. So, 10 days rest to try and get it back again, and now seemingly pain free again. Think I will go back to W1 for a gentle return before starting W6 again if all goes well in a week or so. Fingers crossed for later.
