Just starting week 3 and thought it would be good to get some inspiration from the community. I’m finding it ok at the moment, the start of the run is much harder than the end for me. I’m even finding that I’ve warmed up enough at the end to run the last 1-1.5 km non-stop without any trouble. Really enjoying the programme and if anyone wants a week 3 training partner on the East Kent Coast, I have a lovely scenic, flat, circular 5km route!

Well done you...the first ten minutes.. toxic ten..is well documented and my tocic ten now can lst much longer or not be there at all
You will get into a gentle pattern as you progress
Slow and steady as you go
Flat is a dream of mine! You are sooo lucky. My hometown is filled with hills - short ones, long ones, gentle ones, and ones that are so steep they feel more like a stepper machine. The only semi-flat place is along the main road, and I don’t think I am brave enough to do the program in full view of passing truck drivers, commuters, and school buses. LOL
