I'm the one who is a group fitness instructor, who can't run for toffee! but I did it and enjoyed the challenge and the support of my app voice motivator!
People think...why am I doing it, I teach 4/5 classes a week. it wasn't about the fitness side.... it was the challenge of doing something I thought I wouldn't be able to achieve previously. I'm the one who hated running --- no more!
I'll be honest yes I did get a bit bored at times...but thats because of where I was running... didn't like seeing the same view!! LOL
Next question....will I keep on running...or should I say jogging?? ABSOLUTELY!
Last one tomorrow! Is there a couch to10k????

Well done! There’s a Bridge to 10K forum on here. On there Ju-ju runs a 10K running plan. Next one starts 16 June. It’s recommended to do a couple of 30 min consolidation week runs first.
Nearly there! You sound like me. Although I'm not an instructor I was working out 5 days a week but had always thought I hated running and couldn't do it until I found this programme. Have discovered I love it!
As Ripcurlrana71 says there is a plan over on the Bridge to 10k forum. We're both going to be on the next one - maybe see you over there?
