Because I've got W5, R3 coming up and I have absolutely no clue how the hell that is possible.
Plus tonight , everyone who got off the train whilst I was running overtook me WALKING.
😂😂

You can do it. Just believe in the programme. It's got you this far when you didn't think you could run for 3/5/10 minutes. It will get you there if you just have a little faith. You will feel triumphant when you get there!
Basically what Jojo said. Everything you have done up to now has prepared you for this. Take it slow & steady - don't overthink it. You'll absolutely smash it - honestly- W5R3 was the best - I was on a high for days after that one. Good luck - you got this. Keep us posted.
Slowly, that’s how. Have faith. Your brain might try to tell you to stop, but you need to keep those legs going and you will get there.
Good luck!
Believe me if a fat unfit 52 year old with fibromyalgia can do it you can! Go for it!! Keep it really really slow and don’t worry about anyone else - they can do their own thing - you are doing it and that’s very impressive! Trust the plan and all the lovely supportive comments and believe you can and you will! My run is slower than my walk and I don’t think I will ever reach 5k but I’ve just finished W7 - if I can do it you can do it! We are all rooting for you! 🏃♀️ I cried when I finished that run! 😆
You just will! I know you’ve heard this a million time, but go slower! It was week 7 before I worked out how to do that, wish I had discovered it sooner! Good luck...you will smash it! 👍👍👍
🤣🤣🤣 sometimes I do actually overtake dog walkers ... then I notice they are actually waiting for the dog to do their “business” 🤣🤣 you can definitely do it just go as slowly as you can and think about something other than what you are doing! When you get to the end you will be soooo happy at what you have achieved you will be smiling for the rest of the day 😊😊😊
That is what I thought. But I did it. Still at a snail's pace but just kept telling myself not to stop as it wouldn't be any easier next time. You can do it and will 😁😁
Ditto to all of the above. You’ll do it, you’ve been training for this for 5 weeks. 😀
I’m thinking exactly the same! It seems like a big jump doesn’t it? Can’t wait to see if I can do it though. I really want to love running but not quite at that stage yet 😬
You've nearly done it already - 16 minutes running total in the run before, and the walking expends energy even if it feels like a break. So you're totally ready. Start slow, your body will get used to it after about 10 minutes, and it'll be ok. Even if you don't manage all 20, what's the worst outcome? You try again after a rest day? You'll be fine
It will amaze you that you can. The programme is designed to get you there and it will. Remember you don't have to do it on your first attempt, don't doubt yourself it will astound you what you can achieve, we have all been there and come through feeling victorious. Do not go too fast. Good luck.!
