Anyone had this problem? Totally new to running (week 6 done) and although I just about managed today’s run (mini walk midway sadly) I ended up with a 10 min cool down walk and really hobbled the last 5. Thing is it eases off between runs (one day bad the next ok) so since I don’t want to break my momentum I go off again. Think I know what you’re going to say ☹️

What about your shoes? Right ones, old, well worn? If new ones being worn or needed have you had gait analysis?

I think we're all the same! We know what we should do but we're all pretty bad at taking our own advice. Think short term pain for long term gain - you don't want to make yourself worse & then end up having to have months off. You probably already know that though!
