Seems like my pilates and strength and conditioning exercises, not to forget my new fancy shoes and insoles are all starting to have an effect. Got up early yesterday and had the best run since graduating. Niggly pain in left thigh is hardly there and I felt the run was a lot easier than the last - I've been taking it easy and managing 1 run a week. Really felt I'd turned a corner and managed 5.65km. Loved it!
Getting there: Seems like my pilates and... - Couch to 5K
