W6R3 done - achy breaky legs

Twenty five minutes, yikes! Can’t believe I did it. This time I did not eat any pasta beforehand so was physically more ready. Jo told me to start running, then when I estimated to be about 3/4 way through she came back on to say I’d done five minutes 🙄

Anyway my legs have started aching during the night. It started just with the left, now the right has joined in. Any similar experiences or advice on how to get my leg muscles used to this new crazy pastime of mine!?

My legs went crazy too. I called it “electric legs”. It’s a sign that your body has woken up 😃. Do your sessions SLOWLY and then your body will acclimatise. I can’t emphasise that enough! SLOWLY, SLOWLY 😃
