I love this forum and I always have right from the first time I found it while I was looking for support as I huffed and puffed my way through the program. My problem was the same as most on here I was running too fast for me. I slowed down and Conquered the runs that had previously defeated me and graduated.

Over the years I have seen the forum grow and grow and still keep its inclusive and supportive nature. I thought today I would share the statistics with you that show how much we have grown in the last few years

May 2015 new members 637

May 2017 new members 1895

May 2018 new members 2835

Such an increase and still an amazing place for support. Thank you to each and everyone of you that come on and post and reply to the threads you really do help keep this the great place it is.

That’s absolutely fantastic...running is addictive as we all know but the forum is too!!! I love reading everyone’s posts & like to give advice, not that I’m an expert by any means, but sometimes just one word can make all the difference....thank you to all the people behind the scenes who give up their time to keep the forum up & running!! Just like it keeps all of us up & running xxx happy Friday everyone xxx

I’m finding this so helpful. Love being part of a community rather than plodding along on my own! Thanks to you all. 😻

Thanks for sharing this Rfc! Over two and a half years since graduation and I still love coming on here (and Bridge to 10k /Marathon running and race support). You're right - we're a pretty amazing bunch and this forum remains the same positive, friendly and supportive place that it was when I first discovered it. Long may it continue and thanks to all you lovely mentors and administrators for making it all happen. 😀👍

Blimey! That’s a pretty huge number of new joiners.

You’re gonna need a bigger boat.

Wow! And it still remains friendly, supportive and helpful :)

Thanks to you and all the mods for working so hard on this and the other forums. It's a tough volunteer role and I really appreciate everything you do for us xx

Having never been able to run for a bus, I started C25k at the end of March. Graduated last week and did my first Park Run today! Never, in a million years, would I have achieved any of this without this amazing forum. Thanks everyone. 😁
