Just got home after completing run 2 of week 5. Yes, me who couldn't manage to walk across the road a few weeks ago.
Finished running and was walking home when suddenly about 30 proper runners came up behind me. I could tell they knew I was a c25k'er from the sympathetic smiles and knowing winks. I tried tagging along at the end but as I live at the top of one of the steepest hills in these parts it wasn't long before I reminded myself of what I had done already this evening and sacked it off with a whimsical "that will be me one day"
Anyway my point is - Sarah, why not wait till 5 minutes into the second run and then say "you've done four minutes" then the last four minutes won't be as long or as tough.
