Just about to start week 5 after doing week 4 twice! Those 5min intervals are killing me!! Some days my legs just aren’t interested. I’m enjoying the journey so far though. I’ve given myself to the end of the summer to get to the 5k but there’s a Colour Run in Wembley on July 8th that I’m tempted to do.

Make sure you are drinking loads the day before for the dead legs. I found week 4 the hardest of all weeks. It got easier after that X keep going! X
